Green Solutions currently has experience building in the single family market. As of 2008,
Green Solutions will be constructing one multiuse project with low rise multifamily and commercial uses.
Green Solutions also provides consulting service on other development projects internal to the G Group of Companies.
Green Solutions currently has constructed five single family homes in the South Ridge development. South Ridge is
located on the upper mission slopes of Kelowna, British Columbia. Photography of these single family homes can be
located in our photo gallery.
Following completion of each home, Green Solutions provides a proactive approach to home warranty. Supplying a
home checkup 12 months following occupancy ensures new home owners receive the outmost in satisfaction with
our products.
Future projects occurring in 2008 include a multiuse project in the Pandosy sector of Kelowna. Green construction
consultancy services are being utilized in several G Group projects including two multifamily developments and one
resort development on Okanagan Lake. |
