Founded in the spring of 2006 by Andrew Gaucher, Green Solutions brings a fresh approach to residential construction and land development. Building on sustainable principles, Green Solutions strives to offer environmentally aware home and land improvement. From initial excavation, to the final finishing, Green Solutions maintains environmental impact as a key concern and goes above and beyond municipal requirements regarding environmentally sustainable practices.

Andrew Gaucher, sole proprietor and operator, incorporated Green Solutions in 2006.
Green Solutions is a registered home builder with the British Columbia Home Protection Office, and receives full home warranty coverage through Travellers Home Warranty. Each home is covered by the 2-5-10 year home warranty. With each home built, Green Solutions also supplies customers with a home warranty manual, developed by COANSYS Home Warranty Resource which includes an electronic catalogue of warranty information.
Green Solutions retains active standing with Kelownas Chamber of Commerce and Urban Development Institute and participates as an executive committee member of the Cascadia division Canadian Green Building Council.
Green Solutions is the green building division of G-Group of companies. G-Group is a multifaceted land development firm with experience in single family, multifamily, commercial, and resort development. G Group is currently developing
